Bailey Chitwood, PA

Bailey is a board certified Physician Assistant who treats all ages and offers medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She grew up in Knoxville and is excited to be part of the team at Refine Dermatology to join our mission of providing exceptional care. Bailey received her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky before receiving her Master’s Degree in Medicine from the Trevecca Nazarene University PA Program. She then stayed in the Nashville area and started her career in urgent care, taking care of COVID patients at the beginning of the pandemic. She transitioned into dermatology where she gained over 5 years of experience providing dermatological care to the Nashville area.

Bailey is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, where she completed her Diplomate Fellowship Program. She is passionate about patient care and stays up to date by reading journal articles and attending dermatology conferences. She enjoys procedures, treating acute and chronic skin concerns, and offering aesthetic procedures such as neurotoxin, filler, PRP, microneedling, and chemical peels.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family and friends, being crafty and trying new recipes, and staying active through yoga and walks with her dog.
